In 1996 Neal Potter Design Associates were asked to provide a turnkey design and production service for a review of the 20th Century. The concept for the exhibition used THE BODY as a central theme and brought together a collection of paintings, sculpture, technology, fashion, photography, film and ephemera to trace developments throughout the 20th century.
The exhibition developed around the following themes:

- Health
- Death
- Sex
- Technology
- Food

- Mind

Neal Potter Design Associates managed the £1.2million budget on behalf of the client providing monthly accounts at the regular production meetings in Lisbon. The exhibition broke all records for attendance at the Cultural Centre of Belem.
