Neal Potter was lead designer for the creation of the original Singapore Discovery Centre. Working with Lord Cultural Planning from Canada and MGT Architects from Australia, he helped to create the design masterplan and worked with the international team to develop, design and realise the new facility.

The Singapore Discovery Centre was established to help Singaporeans realise their own identity: their past, present and future whilst considering the concept of 'total defence' in their daily lives.

The opening exhibit invites visitors to commit
their digital image to the 'dna' of Singapore life.
The image transfers itself into the structure.

A variety of techniques brought the story to life
and allowed the visitors to interact in
differing ways.
